FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A minor is in stable condition after being shot in western Allen County Wednesday evening, according to the sheriff’s department.

The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Townsend Run, off of Bass Road at about 4:15 p.m.

Two juvenile males were attempting to sell vape pen cartridges to two other boys when a disagreement happened, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. During the argument, someone flashed a firearm and two of the minors fought for the gun.
